77r Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 77r website accessible at 77r.bar and all associated services, games, sportsbook functions, and wallet features made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player after completing the 77r registration process.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Player's Account, funded by deposits and credited by winnings.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game stake, crash game stake, or any other real-money gaming activity conducted through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or any other non-cash incentives granted by 77r at its discretion.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which the Platform primarily operates for players in Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Bet on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 77r reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

2.2 Single Account Rule. Each Player may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. If 77r identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended and any balances held therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC). 77r may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document — before processing withdrawals or at any time the platform deems necessary to comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3. Account Security and Credentials

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

3.2 Any Bet placed or transaction conducted through your Account while authenticated with your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have notified 77r support of a suspected security breach prior to that activity.

3.3 If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 77r support team immediately at support@77r.bar. 77r will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.

3.4 77r staff will never request your password through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 77r and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of accepted methods may change from time to time and is displayed in the Wallet section of the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to limits displayed in the Wallet section and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Own-Name Payments Only. Deposits must only be made from payment accounts (mobile money wallets or bank accounts) registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review. 77r accepts no liability for funds lost due to third-party payment arrangements.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed on the Platform at the time of the request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, verification status, and volume of requests. 77r does not guarantee same-day processing but endeavours to fulfil all verified withdrawal requests promptly.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. 77r reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if the account has not been fully verified, if a withdrawal request is flagged for review under 77r's anti-fraud procedures, or if the account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated. 77r is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or mobile money provider.

4.7 No Money Laundering. The Platform must not be used for money laundering or any other financial crime. 77r monitors transactions and cooperates with relevant authorities where required. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended and reported.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets. All Bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, stakes, and options before confirming a Bet. 77r will not cancel a confirmed Bet on grounds of player error except in circumstances described in clause 5.4.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the respective game or market interface and may be adjusted by 77r at its discretion.

5.3 Odds and Prices. Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a Bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your Bet. Live in-play odds may be suspended at any time during an event at 77r's discretion.

5.4 Void Bets. 77r reserves the right to void any Bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds or game settings, a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or event, or any instance of fraud, collusion, or exploitation of a system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

5.5 Game Results. For casino games and crash games, the result generated by the certified random number generator (RNG) or the live dealer outcome, as recorded by 77r's system, is final. For sports betting, the result declared by the relevant sporting body or the official match result as confirmed by 77r's data provider is final.

5.6 Responsible Use of Betting Features. Players are encouraged to use cash-out, deposit limit, and bet-limit features where available. These tools are designed to support responsible gaming and are accessible through the account settings section of the Platform.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77r are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. These are detailed in the individual promotion terms displayed on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 77r reserves the right to specify which games and bet types contribute towards wagering requirements and at what percentage.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player Per Promotion. Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts, different payment methods, or other means will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them expire after the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.

6.5 77r's Right to Modify Promotions. 77r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's account prior to the change.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. Where 77r determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, exploiting reload bonus structures, or coordinating with other players to extract bonus value — 77r reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend the account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77r Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering or using an account while under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially.
• Depositing funds obtained through unauthorised use of a third party's payment method.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 77r is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All players are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through the account settings section of the Platform.

8.2 Players who wish to take a temporary break from gaming may request a time-out period by contacting the 77r support team at support@77r.bar. During a time-out, the Player's account will be suspended for the requested period and no deposits or bets will be accepted.

8.3 Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months. 77r will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access during a self-exclusion period.

8.4 77r does not extend credit to players. All bets must be funded from a real-money Wallet balance or eligible Bonus Funds. Players must not gamble with money they cannot afford to lose.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 77r Platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, text, logos, icons, images, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of 77r or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 77r.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or delayed transaction processing.

10.2 77r does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

10.3 77r's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

77r collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 77r uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 77r reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact method or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and 77r.

13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or such dispute resolution mechanism as 77r designates from time to time. Nothing in this clause limits 77r's right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13.3 Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint about the Platform or any transaction, you should first contact the 77r support team at support@77r.bar, providing full details of the complaint. 77r will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 business days.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms applicable to bonuses you have accepted, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77r with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
